Hotel staff were very friendly, hotel clean, comfortable & decor to a very high standard. Has very good secure parking. Self service breakfast was very good & set us up well for the day ahead.
After a long sea trip & the journey from Bilbao, we arrived rather tired & ready for a bite to eat - sadly nothing available till 9.00pm when we were well past wanting to take advantage of the Michelin restaurant! Apart from loads of storks nesting on the rooftops, St Adrian does not have much to interest the visitor. The two rivers are pretty inaccessible, which was a disappointment as we had considered them for an evening walk. Although the hotel was generally to a very high standard, the location was far from ideal & more suited to business people than holiday makers.

I really admired the beautiful decor of the hotel, especially in the public areas. The elegant furnishings and tasteful decorations made me feel like I was staying in a grand old mansion. It brought back memories of a time when attention to detail was the norm. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself. There were ramps and handrails throughout the building, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff when it came to planning activities and excursions suitable for senior people. It would have been helpful if they had provided recommendations or organized special tours that catered to our needs and interests.

The hotel was super cool and the staff was hella friendly. The best part was when we visited Barranco Perdido, this sick paleontological and theme park with water activities. We had a blast with two daily demonstrations and all the recreation and games. It's definitely the go-to spot for young people looking for fun!
If I had to ask for one thing to make it even better for us young party-goers, it would be to have a nightclub or a DJ at the hotel. It would've been epic to have some groovy tunes and dance the night away after our adventures at Barranco Perdido.

The hotel room was excellent and well equipped. The outdoor, covered parking felt fairly secure for our motorbike. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my partner's gluten-free requirements. The breakfast was good and the restaurant had a very good menu. We loved the location and the view.
Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Rios in San Adrian. The room was excellent, well-equipped, and super clean. The location was perfect for exploring, with beautiful views. The staff were friendly and attentive.
The only thing that could have been better with the breakfast offerings was the price. It was a bit expensive for the limited options available.
